Dark spot concentrate - Expert skin toning cream.

Dermaceutic Yellow Cream is a depigmenting concentrate containing more than 20% lightening agents and is indicated against hyperpigmentation, rebound pigmentation, melasma and hormone spots.

Dermaceutic Yellow Cream depigmenting concentrate contains more than 20 % of the most highly active depigmenting compounds associated with exfoliating agents. This concentrate regulates melanin biosynthesis (inhibition of tyrosinase).

Yellow Cream is an excellent alternative to preparations containing (dangerous) Hydroquinone.

Perfume and Paraben free.

15 ml airless bottle.

Manufactured by Dermosciences Shannon Co. Clare in Ireland.

Apply 1 to 2 times daily on the affected areas (face, neck, hands) only.

We advise to first apply Dermaceutic Light Ceutic to improve treatment effectiveness.

To optimise results, cleanse the skin beforehand with Dermaceutic Foamer 5 or Dermaceutic Foamer 15.

The use of a strong sun protecting cream (like Dermaceutic SunCeutic 50) during the day is a necessity.

The synergy of glycolic acid, salicylic acid and highly concentrated pigment-reducing ingredients exfoliates the skin and regulates the production of melanin, which causes pigment spots.

  • Kojic acid: Because it inhibits the production of melanin, kojic acid is a proven, effective treatment of melasma (pregnancy mask).
  • Arbutin: Inhibits cells’ production of melanin (melanogenesis) by blocking the action of tyrosinase. It is also an antioxidant.
  • Liquorice: A proven depigmenting agent, due to its flavonoid-rich composition. Liquorice inhibits the action of two tyrosinases, which catalyse the production of melanin. It also has soothing properties.
  • Morus alba: A species of fruit tree, morus alba limits the production of melanin by inhibiting the action of the tyrosinase. It is also an antioxidant.
  • Glycolic acid: Speeds up exfoliation and promotes cell renewal.
  • Salicylic acid: Causes a keratolytic action that reduces intercorneocyte cohesion and destroys lipids that bind the outer cells of the epidermis.
